- and who will take the cops, congress persons & CB users down, cops have CBs, have to touch mike buttons on dash or under dash mounted mounted or collar radios, will they be ticketed by us civilians for citizen arrest type priviliges, some still smoke in vehicles, eat & consume beverages …
